Update (6/15):
The developers are now making their changes to the experience system
for the high level monsters this week. The design document for the
Islands should be finished around the end of the month. The developers
are hiring someone new who should be starting next week to help them
out with coding and things. They are also looking to hire more people
to do additional improvements (such as possibly upgrading the game
engine?), but that is a little further away. They are also starting to
talk to us about ideas we have for new items for the item mall, so that
is a good sign I think.
