| When game starts we will have like this.
1 Leader
2 Co's
(they take the decisions.
And then 4-7 People who can have there opinion.
And then the co's and lead will make there final decision if they will kick or not.
Buth if all 4-7 people say they want 1 person gone i will have to kick him.
Cause i don;t want a clan with people who hate each other.

| its More like i want to be 1 group and not a group of people who hates each other buth just want to stick in cause a friend is in it.
We have to like every1 and not just 3-4 people out of 20

and if its 1-3 people out of the 20 you don;t like thats not a big problem buth it would be nice if you liked every1 in it.

We can give people a 7 days trail.
in those 7 days we will find out if they can stay or if they will be kicked. I think you can't judge someone on his gear, pks, lvl and his friends.
This might sound strange buth i used to hate scotty. called him hacker a lot.
Buth thats cause i didn;t know him to well.
later on when i met him he was pretty nice. Told me about a few bugs(not how they worked) Just to make this to a end.
I want to see how people are and what they do.
1 Nice bad Normal.
2 Helpfull or Soloist.
3 Ready to do enything or lazy and asking if you can do it.
So in 1 week you find out most of those things.

I think its a good idea. We just can let every1 join, we don't be !$#@ like who only have full +8 or higher can join or so.
Meaby if we are further in the game and be powerfuller lol we can make some rules about accepting people to the tribe.
